Ordering a custom charm? You're in the right place! 💖 Each mini heel is a tiny piece of art, made by hand with care, creativity, and a whole lotta love. Here's what you need to know:

✨ Be Descriptive AF:
Tell me everything you’re envisioning! Colors, themes, vibe, embellishments, specific charms, glitter, mood—go wild. The more detail, the better! If you’ve got reference pics, send them too. I want to capture your vision as closely as possible.

🎨 Artist’s Freestyle Touch:
While I do my best to bring your ideas to life, all of my charms are made with a bit of freestyle magic—meaning you’ll get a piece that blends your vision with my personal style, flair, and creative intuition. If you're ordering from me, you're also trusting me to work my sparkle magick. 🪄

⚠️ Requests & Realism:
If there’s ever something I can’t realistically do (whether due to size, materials, or design limitations), I’ll reach out to you and do my best to find a compromise. I’ll never ghost you or make major changes without letting you know first. If a request just isn’t possible, I may have to politely decline the order—but only after we've chatted and tried to make it work.

How to choose your customization tier:

**Please use the photos labled as "Example of $ customization option" when choosing what tier you're wanting your charm to be! Here is more info on each as well:

$20 Basic Baddie - You will receive an airbrushed charm which includes your choice of coloring. No airbrushed artwork other than basic background coloration is included in this tier. This is color only, no embellishments!

$30 A lil Sparkle - You will receive a shoe with some minimalistic cute decorating done. You can request things like rhinestones, pearls, and a few charm embellishments. This tier gives you some classy and subtle sparkle and shine without going overboard.

$40 Uniquiely You - You will recieve a shoe with design vibes that mesh fun, creative sparkle with classy & purposful embellishment placement. This is the perfect option for anyone looking to add a word/initial/name or number in glitter, rhinestones or pearls, while also using a few other charms to make the style pop!

$50 Eyecatching Everything - You will receive a shoe that is loaded with fun embellishments all over, from larger charms to tiny pearls, we touch on a little bit of everything! If you want a busy charm that demands attention, this is a wonderful option for you!

$60 Showstopper - You will receive a shoe similar to our $50 option that is decorated above and beyond! The addition here is the GLITTER of course! This option adds glitter into the mix, whether you want the full toe strap covered, glittered lettering or a word, or even the entire platform and heel covered in glitter before being embellished, this is the charm for you!
